Measurement Computing Corporation (MCC) and Data Translation (DT) DAQ products are now part of the Digilent family of test and measurement solutions. MCC and DT are leading suppliers of data acquisition solutions that are easy-to-use, easy-to-integrate, and easy-to-support.

The USB-TC features eight, 24-bit analog inputs for precise thermocouple measurements, 2 S/s/ch sample rate, and 8 digital I/O.

The USB-TEMP features eight, 24-bit analog inputs for precise thermocouple measurements, 2 S/s/ch sample rate, and 8 digital I/O that supports thermocouple, RTD, thermistor, and semiconductor sensor types.

The USB-TEMP-AI also features eight, 24-bit analog inputs and a 2 S/s/ch sample rate. Four channels can be configured to measure various temperature sensors including thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, and semiconductor sensors. The last four channels are capable of measuring voltage and offer the following input ranges; ±10, ±5, ±2.5, ±1.25 V. Eight digital I/O and one counter input are also provided.

Software support includes DAQami, an out-of-the-box application for data logging, visualization, and signal generation. Data can be viewed in real-time or post-acquisition on user-configurable displays. Drivers are included for the most popular applications and programming languages including Visual C++®, Visual C#®, Visual Basic®.NET, DASYLab®, LabVIEW, MATLAB®, Linux®, and Python.

    Easy, Accurate, Reliable

    First time using a product like this. The hardware was quick and easy to set up. All the ports are clearly marked. We invested in the TracerDAQ Pro software as well and the package works cleanly, and efficiently. Even the least tech savvy person in our office was able to learn and execute tests within 30 minutes. Just remember to turn off Windows Updates before taking a long data set or they might reboot the computer on you.

    This was a first time for me. I found it very easy to set-up and use. the software is very easy to work with. I have been very pleased with the product and the staff at MC.

    Simple temperature measurement

    I tried this device for the first time and was pleased with the ease of use and the accuracy of the device. I connected 8 J type thermocouples and they all read very close to the actual temperature as measured by a calibrated device. Sampling is not real fast but it should be fast enough for most applications measuring temperature.

    Great Product for a Beginner

    I had no experience with DAQ before this product and it has been trouble free. The customer support in my start up set up was excellent and quick. The associated Tracer software is great also.

    USB-TC is bullet proof

    I have at least 15 of these spread between two plants and they are bullet proof. No problems what so ever, and TracerDAQ pro is worth every penny.

    Overall a good unit and easy to use. Would be better if it had some type of overload protection.

    Great device for multi channel temperature monitoring

    I have several of these units including the one with the flash card for remote datalogging. Used to monitor temperature for a variety of lab experiments. Easy to setup. Works instantly with Instacal software, takes a little more configuring with TracerDaQPro. But I was able to monitor and datalog 24 channels simultaneously.
