This unit has been deployed in several of our manufacturing stations and has shown robust performance for 2-3 years in many of these applications. It is a standard for our design team due to ease of use and integration. We recommend the USB-3114 based on cost, reliability, performance and ease of integration.

Very easy to set up and use, highly recommended!

Posted by CTom on 24th Sep 2019

Used in a industrial application to sample and record pressure waveforms under field conditions. Very easy to set up and use with both DAQami and Tracer DAQ Pro on a laptop. Pretty much worked out of the box and we were able to collect and save the data for post acquisition analysis with Excel and MATLAB. One caveat is the exposed soldered posts (backside of the terminal blocks) - they can short out the signals if the module is placed on tools or other conductive objects. Overall, very happy with the hardware and software.

Very easy to set up and use.

We purchased the USB-1608FS-Plus to measure various parameters. We found it very easy to set up and use. The only problem we had was the USB cable occasionally not making a good connection. I would suggest the device should be modified for using the USB connector that can be secured by screws. We also used the DAQami software.

Easy to use & easy integration with Matlab

    Posted by Kevin123 on 18th Nov 2018

I bought this product primarily for its Matlab integration functionality (as advertised) and was not disappointed. We are using it in proof-of-concept/alpha design level projects in advance of migrating to a fully embedded product solution and have purchased additional units to be used in other projects as well. It was very easy to get up and running (using the examples and documentation provided by MCC & Matlab) and has worked flawlessly and continuously ever since. The only 'bump in the road' was the observation that you need to open the InstaCal application when you plug a different MCC ADC into the PC so that the InstaCal application can remove the previous device and configure the new one. This is required for Matlab to find the device. I plan on using more of these modules and have recommended to others as well.
