    DASYLab 2022 Software Update

    Upgraded from v5 on Win98 to 2022 on Win10. NI 9202 16-chan @ 10KHz works well on DASYLab 2022. Set up Task in NI MAX. Called Task from DASYLab module. Congested worksheets confound DASYLab so keep it simple. The update process is simple and straightforward.

    DASYLab Upgrade (Full Edition)

    We have been using DASYLab for years and recently upgraded from version 11 to 2022.1 full-edition. I'm sure the product does everything we need and more, but I could not rate it higher than the average because of the terrible support model. The forums without phone support are not a good model and may be a step below AI for support. John does his best. I am sure of that. I appreciate his support. However, we had at least 35 lengthy back-and-forth correspondences over multiple weeks/days regarding issues with the MCC DASYLab software. I finally gave up after I did not receive a final response to a question I had left. Had we not urgently needed the software, I would have researched other organizations in the data measurement industry and switched to something else. I am sure where not to go for support if my manufacturing facility is offline for several days because of DASYLab software. Kindest regards, Matt Ellis

    The product support was outstanding. A reorder of an old job required that he same test equipment/procedures be used on this new rush job. For unknown reasons the old version did not work. Things did not go well until I called technical support. They told me exactly what I needed (this upgrade) and how to install it so as not to loose any of the historical programs. The support I received was the best I have ever received anywhere.
