Students will learn how the RC circuit responds to a DC voltage source and an AC voltage source. From there they will learn how to design high and low pass filters.<\/p>\n<p>This lab utilizes two sets of software, <a href=\"http:\/\/beta.multisim.com\">Multisim Live<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/Digilentinc.com\/waveforms3\">WaveForms 2015<\/a>. For this lab, students will use the power supply and waveform generator to provide the DC and AC input,\u00a0and oscilloscope and network analyzer to discover the output.
